I believe a lot of us who have challenges with cholesterol have been advised by medical practitioners to address our cholesterol concerns with statin drugs but there are so many reports out there talking about the side effects of statin drugs and why is it that they are still taking it?
I think it is mainly because they did not make the effort to go and study the alternatives to lowering cholesterol besides statin drugs and when they are smacked with the challenge, they are too afraid to do anything and has to take the statin drugs advised by the doctors.
As we all know that prevention is better than cure, I think we should do our due diligence and find out what other alternatives are there in addressing cholesterol concerns besides statin drugs.
I found an ebook that talks about lowering cholesterol - prescription free and the website looks pretty impressive but am not too sure if it is able to work as how it says it will. I have found my way to address my cholesterol concerns but if you would like to find out other alternatives, maybe this one will work for you?

It is sometimes scary where we follow blindly what people tell us to do. I heard a statement recently and it makes a lot of sense for anybody that is going to make a conscious decision:
“Do not be a follower and believe entirely what I say. Be a student instead, absorb what I share with you, study and analyze it and then make your own judgment and see if it is according to your beliefs and truth. If a doctor says: Take this and you will live forever and the other doctor says: Take this and you will die immediately. Whose words are you going to listen to then?”
