Increase HDL Cholesterol, Lower LDL Cholesterol & Triglycerides

Statin drugs has always been used and prescribed by doctors the moment his or her patient are diagnosed with having high cholesterol.  It could be used as an immediate measure for people with hypercholesterolemia to address it immediately since natural alternative will normally take longer time than expected.

However, lowering the bad cholesterol also known as LDL Cholesterol is no longer the only way to go.

It is equally as important to lower the bad cholesterol, lower triglycerides and increase the good cholesterol to combine the synergistic effort addressing total cholesterol concerns.
